Mr. Creech has over twenty-five years of experience in the construction industry. He has performed audits on various construction projects including a “green field” $100 million manufacturing facility, modifications and additions to hospitals, a 3,000 space parking deck, medical office buildings (single story to six stories), a seven story Heart Tower, a 12 story Children’s Hospital, a nine story ICU Tower expansion, and a central energy plant, among others. Mr. Creech is an expert at analyzing, interpreting, and upgrading AIA contracts for Owners.
He was previously employed with E. I. DuPont de Nemours & Co., Inc., where he acquired considerable experience in many facets of construction cost monitoring and management. Mr. Creech specializes as a highly ethical, well qualified, independent, third-party auditor / consultant for Owners. As a member of the panel of arbitrators of the American Arbitration Association, Mr. Creech has chaired tribunals on large international cases in New York and New Orleans. He is certified by the Association for the Advancement of Cost Engineering International (AACEI) as a Certified Cost Consultant, the Institute for Internal Controls as a Certified Internal Controls Auditor, and the National Association of Construction Auditors as a Certified Construction Auditor. Mr. Creech is also a member of the Institute of Internal Auditors. Mr. Creech has previously served as both President and Treasurer of the Catawba Valley (Charlotte, NC) Section of AACEI and holds BA and MBA degrees from East Carolina University. W.
